REDEVCO acquires retail box in Brescia
REDEVCO Italy has acquired a commercial building in Brescia from a private investor. The building, located at the Campo Grande Business Park, has an area of 4,475 sq. m. The property is leased to Mondo Convenienza, a national furniture retailer. The building enjoys easy access, being located close to the A4 motorway. The purchase price was over € 9 million. Jones Lang LaSalle acted as exclusive adviser for marketing and in the subsequent sale.
