Redevco Nederland develops and manages Redevco’s Dutch real estate portfolio. Redevco is part of Cofra Holding AG.

Redevco Nederland is fully aware of the considerable impact the built environment has on the environment generally and has therefore resolved to set up and improve on an ongoing basis an environmental management system that meets the internationally accepted ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) standard.

In accordance with Redevco’s “Code of Conduct”, Redevco Nederland undertakes not only to comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations but, where possible, to go beyond that by managing and improving its entire environmental performance. Initially, Redevco Nederland will be focusing on energy-saving measures and the reduction of CO2 emissions.

The targets and measures arising from this policy are described in Redevco Nederland’s environmental programme. The resources necessary to implement that programme have been committed by the Board of Redevco Nederland. Each year, the degree to which those targets have been met will be evaluated, and new targets set.

This environmental policy cannot succeed without the active involvement of our own staff, and that of tenants and suppliers. This is why our contracts and protocols explicitly draw attention to and explain our environmental policy. Redevco Nederland’s environmental policy has also been published on the Internet.
