Redevco Poland based in Warsaw started acquisition process in Poland in 2006. After finalizing in 2007 purchase transaction of several Komfort stores and in 2008 acquisition of the “Pedant” property in Katowice, the portfolio of the company consists of 19 properties located in cities like: Warszawa, Poznań, Kraków, Katowice, Lublin, Jelenia Góra, Toruń. A team of 4 real estate professionals co-ordinate the activities of the company. They focus on property management and acquisition.
Our strategic view is to build a substantial portfolio, focusing on identifying investment opportunities in the retail sector. We expect to acquire prime and core assets in downtowns of Poland’s major cities. Our ambition is to create true neighbourhoods by injecting them with new life taking into account the necessity of maintaining the distinctive feature of our investments: their contribution to the creation of city centres.
