Redevco Switzerland is based in Zurich. From this office, a team of four real estate professionals headed by coordinates the company’s activities, which focus on property trading, development and management.
High-quality portfolio
Our portfolio has a strong retail focus and currently comprises 20 properties in prime locations in the major towns of the German and French-speaking areas of the country. It represents a total value of some 440 million Swiss francs. Our main tenants are retailers such as C&A, H&M, Orell Füssli and Fust.
Our portfolio strategy is aimed at long-term and sustainable value growth. We ensure that the properties in our portfolio remain attractive and we optimise their return, while striving for the right balance between profit, people and community. This is a guiding principle of our activities.
Investment strategy
Redevco’s growth has always been based on carefully selected investments and a long horizon. We are primarily interested in individual investments of between CHF 10 million and CHF 100 million per property. We focus on retail properties in prime locations in the major Swiss cities and towns.
A key criterion in our investment decisions is the potential for sustainable value growth – in more than just the financial sense. For many years now Redevco has been committed to enhancing energy efficiency in all areas of its business activities. Environmental aspects are always one of our primary concerns in property development.
