Turkey – Ankara: Gordion Shopping Center
REDEVCO Turkey created the Gordion Shopping Center in the Turkish capital Ankara. The centre provides some 50,000 sq. m. of gross lettable space. The site is ideally located at the edge of the Çayyolu district, one of Ankara's wealthiest and fastest-growing neighbourhoods.

France- Paris: Seine Rivoli
The Seine Rivoli project is located in the heart of Paris and enjoys all the advantages of being in a district that combines tourism, culture and business. Situated between rue de Bourdonnais, rue de Rivoli and rue de Bertin Poirée, Seine Rivoli comprises four buildings dating from the 18th and 19th century.

United Kingdom- Edinburgh: Princes Street
REDEVCO UK has successfully completed the redevelopment of 33-41 Princes Street in the heart of Edinburgh. The building was redeveloped on the site of the former C&A and Burberry's department stores. REDEVCO UK recently secured the letting of the remaining retail unit.

Turkey- Manisa: Magnesia Shopping Center
REDEVCO Turkey is currently developing a shopping centre in Manisa, one of the most industrialised provinces in the Aegean Region, with a population of over 1.3 million. The development is located in the Laleli district, on Mimar Sinan Boulevard, the city's main highway.

France-Bordeaux: Place Sainte Catherine
In the historic city centre of Bordeaux, a UNESCO heritage site, Redevco has bold plans to create a haven of life. This large-scale urban project, covering 17,000 sq. m., involves transforming an abandoned industrial site into a pleasant pedestrian district where life is organised around retail, leisure and housing.

China-Wuhan: Wuhan Tiandi Riverview Plaza
REDEVCO Asia is developing a landmark shopping centre with a gross floor area of approx. 109,000 sq. m. in Wuhan, the largest city in the middle reach of the Yangtze River (2010 population c. 9 m). The development is a strategic partnership between Redevco Asia and Shui On Land Limited.
